Flower Essence Therapy: Lavender

Wendy Doman is a guest writer and Holistic health practitioner and spiritual teacher. Her healing practice is called “Crystal Blue Healing and Teaching” located in San Felipe, BC, MX. She shares her 20 years of experience and knowledge in healing to help her clients heal emotionally, spiritually and physically. She shares the healing properties of lavender through her work with Flower Essence Therapy.

“Flower essence therapy touches the emotion behind the physical conditilavender sprayon. The therapy can be used to just move forward in life with forgiveness without resentments and fears. I have many thoughts about lavender. It is the only essential oil you can use directly on your skin without a carrier oil. It also is great for headaches placed on pulse points of temple and behind back of head. Put on a tissue by your pillow at night helps you relax more to fall asleep. If you have fresh lavender it is great to put some on the pillow in the morning and then by night you have a beautiful calming scent. Lavender as a flower essence helps those souls who are absorbent of spiritual influences. These souls tend to be awake and quite mentally active, with a strong attraction to spiritual practices. They tend to be high strung or over active. They suffer from headaches or vision problems. Neck and shoulder problems. Lavender essence works to sedate and soothe such persons at a deeper level. It teaches one how to moderate and regulate one’s spiritual -psychic energy in a way the soul learns to use its highly sensitive capacities in balance with the physical needs of the body. I use it often with the sprays I make.”
