A Chance For Service

“I slept and I dreamed that life is all joy. I woke and I saw that life is all service. I served and I saw that service is joy.”  Kahlil Gibran

The Volunteer Team of Second Chance’s Retail Therapists

A Second Chance Resale Shop has opened in San Felipe, BC, MX. It is staffed by all volunteers. Its inventory is all donations. Its intention is to help support the animal assistance efforts in its small town. It is powered by pure love and generosity. And, it is FUN!

Retail therapy is a popular catchphrase for getting out and enjoying a good shopping experience.
Yes, this community loves to shop but from the retail, they put the emphasis on the “tail”  and raise funds for the animals in need in their small town.

Nothing feels quite as good as giving service to others. The hectic pace of life can blur the immediacy of our experiences. The quiet pace of San Felipe slows the motion to allow for awareness and gratitude.
Located near the Sea of Cortez in Baja California, MX, it is home to many creative and caring citizens. To slow down appears to open one’s gratitude and giving spirit. The level of volunteer support has been overwhelming and the amount of donations amazing.

Created from love and sustained by generosity and dedication, Second Chance Resale Shop grows second chances for human and animal friends alike.
